Cancellation Policy

Video Services Policy To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following terms that apply to all N.F.G video service packages: 1. Booking & Payment • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your video package booking. • Remaining balance is due upon final delivery of the completed video. • Work will not be delivered until full payment has been received. 2. Revisions • Each package includes a set number of revisions (listed per package). • Additional revisions beyond what's included will incur an extra fee, billed hourly or per revision. 3. Turnaround Time • Turnaround times vary by package and project scope. Estimated delivery times will be provided upon booking. • Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost (subject to availability). 4. Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled start date will result in loss of deposit. • No refunds will be issued once editing work has begun. 5. Client Responsibilities • Clients must provide all necessary assets (e.g., footage, logos, branding materials) by the agreed-upon start date. • Delays in providing materials may push back the delivery date. • Feedback and revision requests must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving drafts. 6. Final Files • Final videos will be delivered in the format specified at booking (e.g., MP4, Instagram-ready, YouTube format). • Delivery will be via download link or cloud storage, as agreed.
