Cancellation Policy
Policies and Terms of Service • Cancellation Policy: No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. • Session Timing: All sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times. Late arrivals will not extend the session duration. • Guest Policy: Only the scheduled artist is permitted to attend the session. No additional guests are allowed. Non-compliance will result in immediate session cancellation without a refund. • Prohibited Items: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the premises. • Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the facility. • File Delivery: Final files will be delivered upon receipt of full payment at the conclusion of the session.
